About
Jennifer Lombardi, M.Ed.
Principal/Owner
Jennifer, our principal consultant and owner, has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Education. She started her career as a litigation paralegal before moving into a school setting where she worked as a teacher, high school coach and summer camp counselor.
In 2004, Jennifer combined her experience in law, child safety and education by joining a top expert witness group that solely focused on education and youth related litigation. After reviewing hundreds of cases in the litigation stage, she felt that most of these organizations, many run by volunteers, lacked the guidance upfront that could have prevented some of these incidents from happening in the first place. Soteria Advisors was launched to help guide organizations in taking a more preventative stance on child safety - prior to accidents and incidents occurring. Soteria Advisors assists organizations in providing safe environments which, in turn, helps protect their business and avoid costly litigation.
