Soteria Advisors will analyze and audit your current policies and activities to assess your current risk exposure. We will review five key risk areas:

*child abuse clearance documentation system, policies, reporting, and training

*organizational codes of conduct and discipline policies

*emergency response plans and training

*child supervision policies and training

*facilities and equipment maintenance inspection policies

We will review the current and best practices in your specific industry (youth sports, summer camps, schools, etc.) and address the gaps we may find in your organization. We will develop all policies and plans needed for the welfare of all members of your organization.

Soteria Advisors helps your organization establish correct and effective policies by creating a custom policy manual and staff training. In addition, we provide support to ensure that you understand why the policies are in place and what your organization must do to enforce them.

Updating policy manuals and training staff are the first steps, but repeating this process needs to be done on an ongoing basis in order for you to stay current as guidelines and laws change.
